We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant in Dubai. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and will be responsible for handling all restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, managing budgets, providing customer service, and more. The position offers an attractive salary of 900 per month.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also possess a great eye for detail, along with excellent problem-solving skills. Work experience is not essential but would be an advantage.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the restaurant while ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. This involves creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing staff schedules, training new employees, handling customer complaints, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring proper food preparation processes are followed. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours as this position requires working evenings and weekends.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent qualification along with basic computer proficiency. The ability to speak English fluently is also essential as most of our customers are from abroad.
