Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing the restaurant staff
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
- Training and developing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to do their jobs efficiently and effectively
- Developing strategies to increase customer engagement, sales, and profits
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
