Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in El-Ain. Your main responsibility will be to provide quality education to students, while supporting the growth and development of our school. The successful candidate must have an excellent knowledge of classroom instruction, assessment techniques, and the ability to work with diverse student populations. The ideal candidate should possess a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and patience in dealing with challenging students. The salary for this position is 1500 AED per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant who meets the minimum requirements for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan lessons that align with curriculum objectives
• Develop age-appropriate activities that meet the educational needs of students
• Evaluate student progress and assess their academic achievement
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom
• Create lesson plans based on individual student needs
• Utilize appropriate teaching materials such as textbooks, games, videos, audio recordings etc
• Encourage critical thinking skills through different activities
• Establish positive relationships with students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to keep up-to-date with changes in curriculum and instruction methods
• Attend faculty meetings and other school events as needed

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education/Teaching or a related field is required
• Minimum of one year experience working as a teacher preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to teach effectively according to the curriculum objectives
• Knowledge of various teaching methods, assessment techniques, classroom management strategies etc.
• Ability to create lesson plans that engage students
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Patience when dealing with challenging students
