Job Title: Barista
Location: El-Ain, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at El-Ain. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. You should be able to prepare and serve a variety of coffees and other beverages as well as work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and have an outstanding work ethic.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately.
• Ensure the quality of all drinks served meets the standards set by the company.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, counters, tables, etc.
• Ensure that all supplies are stocked at all times.
• Perform tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves with supplies, taking inventory of supplies and restocking when necessary.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food items or beverages.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous experience working in a café or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable about espresso machines, drink preparation techniques and safety regulations.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
