We are looking for a full-time Fitter to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of fitting and fabrication work, including metal working techniques and the ability to read and interpret drawings. You must be able to work independently and have excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, or other specifications.
- Fabricate parts as needed for installation or repair.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to specifications and compliance with operational standards.
- Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Dismantle machines using hand tools, power tools, or hoists indicating defects for repair.
- Clean or lubricate parts as necessary for installation or repairs as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical/vocational school training desired.
- At least 1 year of related experience in fitting and fabrication work required; experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings is essential; knowledge of computerized systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem solving skills; able to think quickly on your feet in order to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production processes.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently without direct supervision when necessary.

The salary offered for this position is 1600 Kuwaiti Dinar per month plus benefits package (including health insurance). We are open to considering foreigners for this position with the relevant qualifications/experience required for the role.
