Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position comes with a salary of 1700 and we are open to hiring a foreigner. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen. You will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ordering ingredients, and ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for developing cost and time efficient recipes while tracking food costs, waste, and labor hours.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation techniques, and nutrition
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate staff members
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Culinary school diploma or degree is preferred
