We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for cooking, a strong understanding of kitchen operations and possess the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The successful candidate will be a creative, enthusiastic and highly skilled chef, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must be an excellent communicator, organized and have the ability to think on your feet.

The successful candidate must have:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen
• A flair for creating innovative menus
• A good working knowledge of food presentation and food hygiene regulations
• Excellent leadership capabilities
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of customer requirements
• The ability to manage costs and maintain budgets within the kitchen
