Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from one location to another in a safe and timely manner. The Truck Driver will be expected to adhere to all safety regulations, exercise proper load securement, use efficient driving techniques, and maintain the truck in good condition. The position offers a salary of 1100 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks with various capacities to transport goods from one location to another
• Deliver items safely and on time
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues such as tire pressure, brakes, etc.
• Adhere to all safety regulations while driving
• Plan routes ahead of time to ensure timely deliveries
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately
• Maintain accurate records such as vehicle logs, delivery manifests, etc.
• Follow instructions from dispatch personnel regarding cargo loading/unloading
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing oil, checking fluids, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with necessary endorsements
• 3 years of verifiable experience as a Truck Driver preferred
• Clean driving record with no accidents or violations
• Ability to read maps/GPS and follow directions accurately
• Knowledgeable about hazardous materials regulations
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
