We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and experience in administrative work. The successful applicant must have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The salary for this position is 1500 per month, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering telephones and emails, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Scheduling meetings and managing complex calendars
- Managing paperwork, filing documents, updating spreadsheets, preparing reports, etc.
- Assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other software programs is a must
- Proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in all tasks
