Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources related activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, training and development, performance management and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strong leadership in developing effective strategies for the organization’s HR objectives as well as supporting its overall business goals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess at least five years’ experience in Human Resources Management and have a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kuwait. In addition to this, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English is also required for this position.
