Optometrist Position – Al-Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300, and we are willing to consider immigrant candidates who have no experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in optometry or related field
• Knowledge of optometric instruments and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong patient service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Description of Duties:

• Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision aids for patients with vision problems
• Examine eyes to diagnose medical conditions such as glaucoma or cataracts
• Educate patients on eye health, contact lens care, and vision correction options
• Use diagnostic equipment such as lensometers and retinal imaging systems
• Perform pre-testing for eye exams such as visual acuity tests and color vision tests
