Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500 KWD

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Operate various types of industrial machinery safely and accurately in accordance with safety guidelines and instruction manuals.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and other written instructions to properly set up machines.
• Monitor production output for quality assurance purposes.
• Ensure that machine parts are regularly cleaned and lubricated for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operating data such as production times, production counts, speed settings, etc.
• Meet daily production goals in a timely manner.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role (at least 2 years). • Knowledge of basic machine operation principles. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other instruction materials accurately. • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and accurately. • Good manual dexterity with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work overtime when needed is required. • Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position with proper documentation provided by company policy regarding visa/work permits etc..
