We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. He/she must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills. The ability to multitask and work independently is also important. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The role involves daily tasks such as managing incoming/outgoing emails, answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems and other administrative records, photocopying documents, organizing meetings, etc. The candidate should also be familiar with basic accounting procedures.
