HR specialist job description for CNC Operator in Sharjah

We are looking for a highly motivated CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce parts and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machine shop operations and a proven track record of success in this field. The position offers an excellent salary of 1200 AED per month.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven success with operating CNC machines
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the workplace
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible working hours
- We are ready to consider immigrants for this position

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain CNC machines as required
- Follow instructions from blueprints or engineering drawings to produce parts or components accurately
- Monitor machines during production runs and perform quality checks on all parts or components
- Ensure that all safety requirements are met while operating the machinery
- Make adjustments to programs as needed
