We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for product display and strong negotiation skills. We offer a salary of 1600 and welcome applications from immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of merchandise within the store or region to meet set objectives. This includes developing marketing plans, researching customer needs, analyzing market trends, implementing promotions, monitoring competitive activities and liaising with suppliers. Additionally, they will oversee the placement of products on shelves and ensure that the store is well-stocked. The Merchandiser should be able to identify opportunities for increasing sales and profitability and suggest appropriate strategies.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and have an excellent eye for detail. They must also possess excellent interpersonal skills as they will need to interact with customers on a daily basis. Previous experience in merchandising is desirable but not essential; we are willing to consider applicants with minimal work experience.
