Executive Chef job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Dubai. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team as well as developing new menus and menu items. You will need to be customer focused and have an eye for detail when it comes to creating unique dishes from fresh ingredients. You must have experience in managing a large team of kitchen staff and have the ability to motivate them to their best performance.

You will also need to be knowledgeable about health and safety regulations in the kitchen, and able to manage stock levels, ordering of supplies and menu costing.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organisational skills, have a creative flair for food preparation and presentation, as well as excellent communication skills. The successful applicant should also possess a passion for cooking that they can bring to the role.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 per month plus additional benefits including relocation assistance if needed. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who wish to work in Dubai on this position.
