Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine wines and spirits as well as excellent customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of the Sommelier is to provide customers with a detailed knowledge of wines, spirits, and other beverages served in our restaurant. You will be responsible for making recommendations to customers according to their preferences and creating exciting new beverage pairings. You must also ensure that all beverages are served in accordance with the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury dining establishment. In addition, the candidate must have an excellent knowledge of grape varieties, regions, vintages, and blends as well as be able to discuss details on wines from various countries around the world. Outstanding customer service skills and communication ability are essential for this role.
