Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas and smoothies.
• Measure ingredients and grind beans according to recipes.
• Receive payments and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the shop.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of coffee varieties and preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent distractions.
