We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our target audience. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The job description entails producing designs that get our message across with high visual impact. This includes conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating images using design software, preparing rough drafts and presenting final design solutions. The Graphic Designer should have a good eye for aesthetics and must possess strong creative skills.

The duties and responsibilities of the role include analyzing trends, developing original graphics, illustrations and artwork, researching for relevant information to support design work, liaising with clients to understand their needs and requirements, modifying designs as per feedback from clients or staff members; preparing presentations in PowerPoint; maintaining technical knowledge by attending design workshops or researching online; keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media; ensuring quality control for all designs being produced; working together with the marketing team on projects; making sure deadlines are met; contributing ideas for new campaigns or projects; and adhering to industry standards when producing artwork.

To qualify for this position, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design from an accredited university or college. They should also possess at least two years' experience in graphic design or related field; be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign); have strong animation skills (Cinema 4D); be well-versed with HTML/CSS; be able to work under pressure efficiently within tight deadlines; show excellent communication skills (both written & verbal); possess problem-solving abilities & innovation mindset; demonstrate leadership qualities when needed; display good organizational skills & attention to detail; be capable of multitasking & managing multiple projects simultaneously & have a portfolio demonstrating strong design capabilities.
