Optometrist Position - Zayed City

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Zayed City. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the field and be willing to work with us on a full-time basis. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in optometry or related field
• At least 1 year of experience as an Optometrist
• Experience with contact lenses and vision therapy
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive eye exams to diagnose vision problems or diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, and other eye disorders.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, medications, or other treatments as needed.
• Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and safety measures such as wearing protective eyewear when engaging in activities such as sports.
• Keep detailed records of patient visits including medical history, vision exam results, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up visits.
• Provide emergency care for eye injuries or infections that require immediate attention.
