Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1500, and are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as possess the ability to manage a team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Supervisor must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

The primary responsibilities of the Supervisor include but are not limited to: managing teams of professionals, delegating tasks, setting timelines and goals for completion of tasks, motivating team members, reviewing progress reports from teams regularly, and providing feedback on performance. The Supervisor must also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all areas of operation.
