Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and innovative meals for our guests. You should have the creativity to come up with unique dishes and recipes, as well as the ability to manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient manner
- Work with the Head Chef to create daily menus
- Prepare high quality dishes that adhere to restaurant standards
- Monitor food supplies and place orders when needed
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met in the kitchen
- Train new kitchen staff as needed
- Manage kitchen inventory

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional cooking experience in a high volume restaurant
- Knowledge of current culinary trends, techniques, recipes, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Must be willing to relocate if necessary (for immigrants)
