We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the business. They will be expected to manage staff, provide guidance and direction while ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent problem solving and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensure that all staff comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed.
• Resolve any customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Handle any financial tasks or reports relating to the business operations.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of the workforce.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a similar industry
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff members of all levels
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends, develop strategies, etc.
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
