We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone with no experience, as we are willing to provide training.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will plan and manage the staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and maximize profits.

Main responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Develop strategies to increase customer base and maximize profits.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing supplies needed in the restaurant.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations and laws is preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: 1000 AED per month
