We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a successful restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, from managing staff and customer service, to ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

The Restaurant Manager will have full responsibility for the efficient operation of the restaurant, including developing marketing strategies to attract new customers as well as ensure repeat business from existing customers. They will be required to oversee all functions in the front and back of house, such as inventory management, scheduling, hiring/firing staff and controlling costs. They must also ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills as well as strong leadership skills. A positive attitude and creative thinking are essential attributes in order to drive sales and increase profitability. Additionally, they should have extensive knowledge of food hygiene regulations and demonstrated experience in staff management. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet our criteria. The salary package offered is 1000 per month with other possible benefits depending on performance.
