We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The position offers a competitive salary of 1400 and we are open to considering foreign candidates.

Job Description:
The Librarian is responsible for managing and maintaining the library’s inventory, as well as organizing, cataloging, and classifying books, media, and other materials. They will ensure that the library’s collections are up-to-date. The Librarian will also provide reference services to patrons and assist with research inquiries. Other duties include creating library displays, assisting patrons with computer access, supervising library staff, and providing general assistance.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences or related field
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service background
• Knowledge of current trends in libraries
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office)
