Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and manage our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the team, developing and executing plans for achieving goals and objectives, monitoring and reporting on progress of operations, ensuring the team follows safety protocols, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities
• Developing strategies to ensure operational efficiency
• Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Managing staff by providing training, coaching, guidance and support
• Overseeing daily operations including scheduling staff shifts
• Preparing reports on performance metrics
• Analyzing data to identify trends or potential issues
• Maintaining relationships with external vendors or partners
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments or changes in regulations
Qualifications
• Proven track record as a Manager or equivalent role in business management or operations management
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to make decisions promptly based on data analysis
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
