Additionally, you will coordinate pre-interview preparations, communicate with managers on scheduling interviews, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong background in human resources. We are seeking someone who can think strategically and analytically when evaluating job applicants. A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.
