We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for a candidate with a passion for creating world-class hospitality experiences and the drive to deliver high-quality services.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the housekeeping department of our hotel. You will be in charge of developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures, training staff, scheduling shifts, managing inventory, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and creating budgets. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor guest feedback on housekeeping services and take appropriate action to improve customer satisfaction levels.

The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate prior experience in leading a housekeeping department as well as a proven track record of success in delivering excellent customer service and achieving operational objectives. Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
