Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, creating reports, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. They should also have excellent customer service skills in order to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of AED 1300 per month. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad if they can prove their eligibility to work in UAE as well as their ability to speak Arabic or English fluently.
