Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring that all business activities are conducted in a professional, compliant and cost-effective manner.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen understanding of business operations. They must also have a good understanding of current regulations and laws related to the company’s operations.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the company
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, implementation, and improvement
• Implement cost control measures to ensure that all financial targets are met or exceeded
• Prepare reports detailing various aspects of the company’s operations; such as financial activities or staff performance.
• Maintain records of operational expenses, sales volume and other important data points
• Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) • Strong knowledge of business operations & financial management practices • Ability to multitask & work under pressure in a fast paced environment • Excellent problem solving & decision making skills • Outstanding leadership qualities • Flexible & adaptable attitude • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels • Foreign candidates are welcome to apply.
