Construction Manager Vacancy – Al-Kuwait

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500. We are also open to considering candidates who are immigrants or international applicants.

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. The Construction Manager will need to ensure that safety protocols are followed and that projects are running on time and within budget. Additionally, they will need to liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers and architects throughout the entire process.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or project management positions
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and safety protocols
