Job title: Secretary

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1200 QR/month

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) and Arabic (verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Scheduling appointments/meetings with clients and staff
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Managing databases with confidential employee information
• Preparing documents for meetings, presentations, and reports • Maintaining filing systems (electronic or manual)
