Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our office in Doha, Qatar. The purpose of the role is to lead and manage our sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will ensure that customer service levels remain high and that market conditions are monitored.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of market trends and developments
• Ability to develop effective strategies to increase sales
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
