Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha and take the lead in developing and executing our sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their performance targets, as well as identifying potential customers and developing relationships with them to build sales.
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers. They should also have strong analytical skills, know how to use a variety of software tools for tracking customer data, and be familiar with the local economy in Doha. Previous experience working in the sales department of a company is preferred but not necessary. We are also open to considering candidates who may not have prior experience or may be recent immigrants.
As part of this role, you will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies, manage the daily activities of your team, develop relationships with customers, analyse customer data to identify opportunities for growth, monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates and revenue per customer, maintain records of all transactions and prepare reports on your findings. You will also need to stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
