We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 QAR per month and is open to immigrants.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of restaurant management, including menu design, budgeting, personnel management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and passionate about creating world-class dishes with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

The primary responsibilities of the Executive Chef include:
* Creating and executing innovative recipes that appeal to a variety of tastes
* Managing the daily operations of the kitchen staff including scheduling, training, and mentoring
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in all areas of the kitchen
* Overseeing ordering, storage, menu pricing, and inventory management
* Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure customers receive excellent service
* Developing cost-effective strategies for menu items
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for food safety
* Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

The successful candidate must have at least five years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role working with high-end restaurants or hotels. A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. In addition, candidates must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
