Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role with a salary of 1100 AED per month.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, with experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, customer service, budgeting, inventory management, marketing efforts etc.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all areas of the restaurant
• Monitor performance of employees to ensure they comply with company policies and standards
• Analyze customer feedback and provide solutions for improvement
• Develop menus according to seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
