Restaurant Manager – Dubai, 1800 AED

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant. We are open to considering foreigners for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure all standards of service and quality are met.
• Supervise staff and provide training as needed.
• Monitor staff performance and take corrective action as required.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability of the restaurant.
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, discipline employees as necessary.



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, customer service skills
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques & recipes

Salary: 1800 AED
