Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED/month. We are open to consider immigrant candidates with minimal work experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and increase sales
• Train, evaluate and motivate staff members to ensure high levels of customer service
• Monitor and analyze daily operations reports to identify areas of improvement
• Manage stock levels, food costs, budgets and purchases
• Ensure health and safety standards are met in accordance with local regulations
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any issues
• Review menus on a regular basis, suggest new dishes or specials
• Attend networking events and build relationships with suppliers
• Address customer complaints promptly

Qualifications: • Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role • Good understanding of restaurant management systems, including POS • Excellent organizational skills • Good knowledge of local food trends • Excellent customer service skills • Strong leadership qualities • Ability to work well under pressure
