Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food industry
• Proven experience in customer service and providing excellent hospitality services
• Knowledge of different coffee and tea types, brewing methods, ingredients, etc.
• Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills for dealing with customer complaints or requests
