Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating menus, controlling food costs and maintaining high standards of quality. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role and must be willing to embrace new techniques and methods of cooking.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of different cuisines from around the world, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We require the candidate to have advanced knowledge in food safety and sanitation, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and an eye for presentation. A good knowledge of cost control is also essential.
