Office assistant job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for foreigners
Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated and competent Office Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The primary duties of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to, providing assistance with correspondence, filing paperwork, scheduling meetings and events, ordering supplies, creating spreadsheets and reports as requested by the office staff, and managing the office phone system. The Office Assistant must be organized and have excellent communication skills as they will be working with a variety of people both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate should possess superior customer service skills along with strong computer proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). They should have strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in order to ensure accuracy in all tasks. A professional attitude is required at all times when dealing with customers or clients.
We offer a salary of 1600 plus benefits. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position who meets all the requirements mentioned above.
