As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. You will also need to maintain accurate records, assist with blood transfusions, and provide patient education regarding specimen collection procedures. In addition, you should be able to accurately assess specimens and detect anomalies.
