Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait and oversee the growth of our sales activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, leading sales teams, and ensuring that the organization’s sales objectives are met. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess a proven track record of success in a similar role, and have the ability to motivate and lead others towards achieving their goals.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a sales management position, or any other relevant field. He/She should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in customer relations management. He/She must also have a good understanding of the market trends and current business environment. Additionally, it is preferable that the candidate has experience working with immigrants, or is an immigrant him/herself. It is expected that he/she can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality standards. Finally, he/she must be able to lead by example by demonstrating exemplary behavior on the job.
