Al-Kuwait is looking for an HR Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with no experience who is eager to learn and grow in the Human Resources field.

The role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads efficiently. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training & development, employee relations, and performance management of the employees.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR matters. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and has a positive attitude towards work. The successful candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The salary for this position is 1700 Kuwaiti Dinar per month. We are willing to consider applicants from foreign countries as well.
