Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale construction equipment, such as bulldozers, cranes, and excavators. The ideal candidate must be able to safely operate the machinery while ensuring that best practices are followed. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant to gain employment in Kuwait. No prior experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate all types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to best practices
• Follow all safety regulations and satisfy safety inspections
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the equipment as needed
• Load and unload materials from the site on the equipment
• Navigate construction sites accurately according to directions provided
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings as needed for optimal performance
• Maintain records of work activity and produce reports as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Excellent physical strength, stamina, coordination, and balance
• Ability to read blueprints or diagrams accurately
