We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah! This position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their experience in office administration. The successful candidate will be providing administrative and clerical support to the organization, as well as ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. The selected individual should be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities include performing general clerical duties such as filing paperwork in an organized manner, preparing documents for meetings, answering phone calls or emails from customers or colleagues, scheduling appointments or meetings with clients or colleagues, organizing materials needed for meetings or events, and other tasks assigned by the manager.
The successful applicant must possess at least a high school diploma/GED equivalent and have prior experience working in an office setting. Candidates must also be able to speak English fluently. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who are able to meet the requirements of this role. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 per month plus benefits such as health insurance coverage and paid vacation days after a satisfactory probation period has been completed.
