The successful candidate for the role of Executive Chef in Dubai will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious, innovative cuisine. This person must also be able to lead and motivate a team of chefs while maintaining a safe and organised kitchen.

The ideal candidate should have an advanced culinary degree from an accredited institution, in addition to several years of experience in a professional kitchen. Previous experience managing a team is essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure. The Executive Chef must be creative and passionate about developing new recipes, as well as perfecting existing ones. They should have knowledge of international cuisines and be able to implement appropriate menu changes based on customer feedback.
