Job Description:
We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, purchasing and serving wine and other drinks in our restaurant. As part of the role, the Sommelier will provide customers with information about wines and other drinks, as well as recommend pairings and provide advice on beverage selection. The Sommelier must have good knowledge of wines and other alcoholic beverages to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a sommelier or similar position
• Good understanding of wine regions, varieties, vintages, pairings etc.
• Excellent knowledge of national and international wines
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to remain professional when interacting with customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage
