Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are open to considering foreign applicants. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in the field of barista and coffee service.

The primary duties of the Barista include taking customer orders, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, making sure all equipment is properly functioning, and following food safety protocols. Additionally, the Barista should be able to answer customer questions about menu items, suggest drinks based on customer preferences, and suggest food pairings with beverages. They must also be able to handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a knowledge of different types of coffees and teas, an understanding of beverage preparation techniques, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
